The mission of dear jane…’s giving back program is to improve the quality of life in communities where dear jane… employees live and work. Community involvement is an integral part of our business and is carried out through a program of volunteerism and leadership in community service.

Since the beginning, dear jane…’s founder, Rebecca Martin, has transformed lives daily by giving time, money, and expertise. At job search speaking engagements, dear jane… gives back 20% of book sale proceeds to the hosting organization to support on-going programming.
