About Us

After years of working in the staffing and recruiting industry and listening to countless testimonials from clients, Rebecca Martin came to a realization: when it comes to our professional lives, most of us are just trying to figure it out as we go. We don’t have a clearly defined career trajectory. We never took a class on how to maximize professional resources or write a resume or negotiate a higher salary. These things aren’t taught to us, and yet the most important part of our lives depends on them. Our careers give us meaning, identity, security, freedom—or at least they should. And that was the moment that Rebecca realized the need for dear jane.

Our methodology takes you from A to Z, from discovering which jobs you are best suited to, to learning how and when to ask for the promotion you’ve worked so hard for. No matter where you are in your career, whether you are just starting out or you boast decades of experience, there is always room to grow. Through workshops, exercises, and one-on-one consultations, our advisors will help you unlock your potential and achieve your goals. Don’t wait any longer. You deserve to love what you do.
